We steam up a cornucopia of colorful seasonal ingredients. We serve steamed high quality meat with sweet-tasting onion. Then, finish with beef with kimidare made with the chef's specialty dashi (soup) and egg yolk.
Shabu-shabu, which allows you to enjoy everything about the ingredients, is created with seasonal vegetables and meat. Enjoy it with our homemade ponzu and gomadare (sesame sauce) which are the keys to the taste.
